
Client Service Agreement & Policies

At Hair by Nami, our time, expertise, and availability are reserved exclusively for each client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies in full.
Payment Obligation & Card on File Requirement
All clients are required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file at the time of booking to secure appointments.
The client agrees to be financially responsible for all services booked at the time of scheduling.
Failure to remit payment for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the client being blocked from future bookings until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All appointment cancellations or reschedule requests must be completed no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, missed, or abandoned within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled start time are subject to full service charges.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment constitutes a no-show and acceptance of full payment responsibility.
Lateness & Services Not Completed
A fifteen (15) minute grace period is provided at the stylist’s discretion based upon the service scheduled.
Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled and remain fully liable for the total cost of the scheduled services.
Services that cannot be completed due to client lateness, failure to comply with appointment requirements, indecision, or changes requested on the day of service will still require full payment of the originally booked services.
No partial refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for shortened, modified, or incomplete services.
Retainers, Deposits & Account Credits
Any funds paid prior to an appointment, including but not limited to deposits, retainers, or account credits, are deemed a non-refundable retainer for the stylist’s reserved time and availability.
All retainers, deposits, services rendered, and account credits are final and non-refundable.
Account credits are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Violation of salon policies may result in forfeiture of account credits.
Satisfaction & Corrective Services (Sole Remedy)
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, Hair by Nami offers a corrective appointment at no additional charge as the sole and exclusive remedy.
Corrective appointments must be:
-
Requested within forty-eight (48) hours following completion of the original service, and
-
Scheduled and completed within seven (7) days of the original appointment date.
Corrective services do not include refunds, credits, service substitutions, or changes to the original service plan.
Failure to notify the salon within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the services rendered.
Guests & Children
For safety, liability, and service quality reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are scheduled to receive services. We do not perform services on children under the age of 14. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a guardian must be present for the entire duration of the service.
This policy is strictly enforced without exception.
Refund Policy
Hair by Nami maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Once payment is submitted and/or services are rendered, the transaction is considered complete and final.
The client expressly waives all rights to refunds, reversals, or credits.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By submitting payment, the client expressly agrees not to file chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for any charges that comply with this Agreement.
Any chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of these terms will be formally contested with supporting documentation, including proof of this Agreement and client acknowledgment.
Clients who initiate chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from booking future services.
